We had a late start on Quandry Peak and only made it above 13,000 feet before dark clouds started rolling in. We were the only ones still heading up, so we soon made the decision to turn back. About half way down we started hearing thunder so we knew that we had made the right choice. We also saw a lot of injuries on the way down, including a few sprained ankles and a broken femur.
